- 2 Ibs Frozen Hashbrowns
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 8oz Sour Cream
- 1 8oz Cream Cheese
- 1 Chopped Onion (White)
- 1 Stick of Butter
- Salt & Pepper to Taste or Use Tony’s Seasoning
Mix Hashbrowns & Chopped onions in a bowl, add the soups, cream cheese, sour cream, salt & pepper and mix all together. Melt butter and pour on top before you bake.
350 degrees for 1 hour.
This Casserole can be made as a side dish or as a meal, you pick!!! It’s “DELISH”
