Fruit Pizza



  • 1 roll sugar cookie dough

Spread evenly on an ungreased pizza pan. Bake 15-20 minutes at 300 until golden brown. Cool.

Mix together and spread over cooled crust:

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Arrange assorted fruit over above mixture - I tend to arrange it in a circular design going from the outside in. Use any fruits - bananas, kiwi, strawberries, black berries, raspberries, pineapple, etc... If using bananas dip slices in lemon juice before layering on pizza for preservation. Glaze entire pizza with 1 cup peach or apricot preserves and 4 tablespoons water. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

This makes a great appetizer at birthdays, baby or wedding showers, and is always a great hit.
