4 Layer Lemon Torte

First Layer
1 cup flour
1 stick softened butter
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Mix like pie crust pat into 13x9 pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes - cool

Second Layer
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 lb. cream cheese softned
1/2 container Cool Whip (12 oz tub)

Mix together and spread over crust

Third Layer
Mix 3 cups milk with 2 pkgs small instant lemon pudding. Beat with mixer and pour over cream cheese layer

Fourth Layer
Top with remaining cool whip and chill
