Cheesecake Sopapilla

  • 2 pkgs crescent rolls
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2- 8oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 stick butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • cinnamon, to taste

Grease a 9x13 pan. Unroll 1 pkg of crescent rolls. Spread out in bottom of pan. Mix 1 cup sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Spread over rolls. Unroll second pkg of rolls and place on top of cream cheese mixture. Mix melted butter with 1/2 cup sugar. Spread over top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
