Chocolate Pie

  • 1 pre-made Pie Crust
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 4 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • ½ stick butter
  • 1 tspn vanilla
  • Cool Whip

Cook pie crust till golden brown. Mix sugar, cocoa & flour well. Add milk & cut butter into small pieces. Place mixture in Microwave & cook until slightly thick. Add beaten egg yolks & vanilla to mixture. Place back in microwave & cook until thick. Let pie cool, then place in refrigerator to chill. Cool whip can be placed on pie after chilled.

This pie is really easy to make, since everything is done in the microwave. I’ve also made this pie & took to work it lasted about 15 minutes.
