Bubble Bread

  • 24 frozen dinner rolls (Bridgeford)
  • 1 box regular butterscotch pudding (not instant)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Grease and flour Bundt cake pan. Place frozen rolls in the pan. Mix brown sugar and pudding mix and sprinkle over the rolls. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over rolls. Spread pecans over this. Pour melted butter over pecans. Let this sit overnight so rolls can rise - do not cover. Make sure you set the bundt pan on a cookie sheet because it will bubble over when cooking and is not fun to clean up.

In the morning bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let sit in pan 10-15 minutes then place serving platter on top on cake pan and flip the bread on to the serving platter. Slice or pull apart.

This is a Family tradition every Christmas morning - it makes the house smell so good while everyone is opening presents. Very Yummy....

OMG this is so weird, This same recipe is my family's christmas tradition also. Same rolls, same recipe, same name...weird. Oh by the way these are sinfully delicious. Kristi
