Cake Batter Ice Cream

• 1 cup whole milk, chilled
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 cups heavy cream, well chilled
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup cake mix, sifted (I use funfetti mix by Pillsbury)

In a medium bowl, whisk the milk & sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla. Stir in sifted cake mix. Make as per directed in an ice cream maker.

I was on a definite search for this after having it at an ice cream place called Maggie Moo's. It taste JUST like it. Definitely not healthy...but oh so worth it. (this is also great with Kristi H's chocolate pudding cake...yummy!!!)
