Fruit Salsa




This is a very highly addictive light salsa that goes great with cinnamon chips (found in the chip aisle).


  • 2 kiwis, peeled & diced
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and diced
  • 8 oz Rasberries, diced or whole
  • 1 lb Strawberries, diced
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp fruit preserves, any flavor (I like strawberry)

Mix all ingredients together by spoon and chill at least 2 hours. Everyone will beg you for the recipe!!
