This is a very highly addictive light salsa that goes great with cinnamon chips (found in the chip aisle).
- 2 kiwis, peeled & diced
- 2 apples, peeled, cored and diced
- 8 oz Rasberries, diced or whole
- 1 lb Strawberries, diced
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp fruit preserves, any flavor (I like strawberry)
Mix all ingredients together by spoon and chill at least 2 hours. Everyone will beg you for the recipe!!
