- 2 Cans Black Beans
- 1 Large can black olives (chopped)
- ¼ cup red salsa
- ¼ cup green salsa verde (green)
- 1 small onion (chopped)(this can be omitted or cut down to half)
- 1 Small bell pepper(chopped)
- 1 Jalapeño(chopped) (optional)
- 1 Small red pepper(chopped) (optional)
- 1 Tsp. Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Cumin
Combine all ingredients. I use a food processor to chop ingredients. Best to set at least overnight. Onion is really strong, if you eat it right away. Serve with Mission Chips from Wal-Mart or whatever kind of tortilla chips you can find.
