Black Bean Dip

  • 2 Cans Black Beans
  • 1 Large can black olives (chopped)
  • ¼ cup red salsa
  • ¼ cup green salsa verde (green)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)(this can be omitted or cut down to half)
  • 1 Small bell pepper(chopped)
  • 1 Jalapeño(chopped) (optional)
  • 1 Small red pepper(chopped) (optional)
  • 1 Tsp. Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Cumin

Combine all ingredients. I use a food processor to chop ingredients. Best to set at least overnight. Onion is really strong, if you eat it right away. Serve with Mission Chips from Wal-Mart or whatever kind of tortilla chips you can find.
