Chili Con Queso



(That would be Cheese Dip" to ya'll!)

  • 2/3 pkg Lg. Velveeta Cheese
  • 2 jars Kraft Old English Cheese
  • 2 Sm. cans chopped green chiles
  • 3 Med. "Breast Sized" tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 Med. Onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup hot salsa, Chopped jalapenos or Trappy's peppers to taste (your preference)

Melt cheeses in double boiler. Add all other ingredients and dig in!!!
(You can use a crock pot, but be carefull of getting it too hot. Queso might burn or curdle....or both! An expensive lesson, there!!!)
