Ramen Slaw

  • 1 lg bag slaw or cabbage mix
  • 2 ramen noodle pkgs (chkn)
  • 1 pkg almonds (slivered)
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Roast almonds. Add almonds to cabbage. Add crushed up ramen noodles (keep the seasoning packages). Combine together Oil, sugar, vinegar, both seasoning packages, sugar and salt. Mix cabbage mixture and oil mixture together. Let sit overnight.
