Mix together in a large bowl:
1 (3oz) can chow mein noodles
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup cocktail peanuts
Stir together and melt in a double boiler until smooth and creamy
1 pkg butterscotch morsels
1/2 cup peanut butter
Immediately pour peanut butter mixture over noodle mixture. Stir and coat dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Chill
My father has always made these at Christmas time to go along with the Christmas fudge that mom makes. These are fun looking candies that are really yummy and light feeling.
