Chocolate Cookie Pie

  • 12 oz Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 Cup Flour (Self Rising)
  • 2 tablespoon Vanilla
  • 2 Cups Chopped Pecans
  • 2 Deep Crust Pie Shells

Melt Chocolate Chips in Microwave, let cool just alittle before you add eggs. Add each egg 1 by 1, then sugar, flour, butter, vanilla and pecans, pour into uncooked pie shells. Cook at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, top with Cool Whip or Vanilla Ice Cream. Yeilds (2) Pies.

Paula Dean and made this pie and I tried it over the weekend… its great, especially with ice cream.
