Broccoli Cornbread

  • 16 oz frzn chopped broccoli, uncooked
  • 2-8oz boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 12 oz cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted

Mix all ingredients together, stir well. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Bake @ 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
